Doon blew me away with its fantastical story! I honestly could not put it down from the moment I started it. The characters were amazing and wonderfully written, with an epic adventure from the start, and a fantastical love-story that stole my heart from the beginning!

The first time I saw The Winner’s Curse, I admit I was intrigued, I had seen it on the Barnes and Noble bookshelf and thought that I’d take a chance and read it. Cause taking chances is what all of us book nerd do – I mean, taking chances with books, of course.
It’s been about a year since The Winner’s Curse came out, that means its second book has already arrived, so I’ll be doing a review on both books since I’ve had the pleasure of reading both already.
What the heck???
That is honestly all I can think right now for Mary E. Pearson’s Kiss of Deception. So much had happened in those nearly 500 pages that my mind cannot comprehend it. Where do I even start? I have to say that I did put off reading the book because of all the hype it was getting and usually that could sometimes ruin it for me or in other cases, the book wasn’t actually as good as everyone was saying it was.
Ahdieh had me at her first teaser of The Wrath and The Dawn, I immediately knew I had to read this book. I’d never read anything like this before in YA, so I was intrigued on how Ahdieh would develop this concept, and she took me by surprise.
