What Kind of Reader Are You?Hey, there! Looking for reviews? You're at the right place! Before you start browsing, establish what kind of book's you like. If you're confused or unsure, I've created a way to help you identify what kind of books you enjoy reading. Young Adult (YA): If you enjoy reading books with a lot of teen characters and situations, you're probably more inclined towards YA novels. Young Adult novels center mostly on 16 - 25 years of age. these novels consist of various plot's that mainly focus on the specific challenges of a youth (these novels are commonly known as coming-of-age books). Popular YA authors are Veronica Roth (Divergent series), John Green (The Fault in Our Stars, Looking for Alaska, Paper Towns, etc.), and Sarah J Maas (Throne of Glass series). YA varies in many genre's such as dystopian, contemporary, adventure, mystery, etc. If you recognize any of these author's, then you're right up your alley! You're a YA Reader, go ahead and check out my YA Reviews to find similar reads! New Adult (NA): Do you enjoy adrenaline rushing, heart pounding, racy scenes? Well, you've come to the right place! NA Fiction is a developing genre of fiction, that is, this type of fiction is quite recent. It mainly consists of protagonists between the 18 - 25 age bracket. NA Fiction is very similar to YA, but can be published and considered as adult. It's an older version of YA or "New Adult." Some popular authors are Jennifer L. Armentrout (Wait for You series, Titans series, etc.), Colleen Hoover (Ugly Love, Maybe Someday, Slammed series, etc.), among many other authors!
